"Dumb blonde" is in basic terms a steriotype. i'm a organic blonde and that i'm the best in my type. the colour of your hair doesnt have something to do with how intelectually sensible you're. particularly hair is in basic terms ineffective cells- it is the reason it doesnt harm to cut back it and do stuff to it.
