seveal the same files in different folders. can i delete some?

like with my photos. they are in my documents and under c: ect. is there any reason i can't delete some of those files. i ran a duplicate finder but a lot of the files have a slight change in it. thanks

changes might be justthe alterations and the original file, modifies the file slightly so you still have acopy of the original. Open them first to make sure you're deleting the one you don't want if you're concerned about losing the wrong copy of the picture.
