need laptop help?

i had a virus or something on my laptop so i reformatted it the only thing is i accidently re-installed windows vista on my second hard drive not my first and i need to move all the files to the first hard drive how do i do that and will i have to format or anything? Thanks

I would just start over. Reformat the 2nd drive to clear everything and the install to the correct drive. You can move files but it still may not end up bootable. It has to have the correct boot sector.

OR...setup the drives so the second becomes the first "C" drive.
