I think we help ourselves when we help others, it makes us feel good and that in itself is reward enough. Yes.

I don't really get a thrill from helping someone, but I feel responsible for the situation once I get into it, then I have to help as much as I possibley can even if it means sacrificing my priorities and its a really big problem of mine

Yes, it definitely creates a distinctly pleasurable feeling in the region of the heart and heart chakra. Also, energetically speaking it tends to raise your frequency and energize you, as well. A little thank you from the cosmos, i think :))))

Definitely! The best medicine when you yourself are depressed or down, is to help someone else. It's an inherent spiritual need.

I DID AT ONE POINT....... BUT THOES PEOPLE THAT I HELPED PRETENDED TO BE MY BEST FRIEND IN EVER..... THEN THEY GO BACKSTABBING ME...... SO I HAVE, BUT IT HURTS AND IT IS WORTH NOTHING!!!!!!
