it wont come out when i press the external button. and it wont come out when i try to press eject on my computer.

try the other eject button.
Get a paper clip, straighten it out and poke it into the little pin-hole sized hole next to the eject button. All CD rom drives have one.
If it doesn't eject with that, you need to remove the drive from your computer and replace it with a new one because the CD being stuck that deep will surely have caused damage.

You can try right mouse button clickin the drive in my computer and trying eject from there. If that doesn't work, you can try rebooting....If that doesn't work, there should be a little pinhole somewhere near the slot of the CD. That should be a bypass. Put a paperclip in there and push gently - be careful - that's a last resort!

If you can't find the special eject button (Pin hole next to the actual button) like SPL said, just restart or shutdown the computer. For whatever reason it was stuck, it should easily pop out now.

Just so you know, it's called a CD drive, not a hard drive. The hard drive is the solid device about the size of a small book that keeps all the programs and files stored on it INSIDE your PC.
