I think that is to much weight to carry. I lost 20 pounds in one month only wearing 5 pounds leg weights. Walking everyday and eating small portions off food. Getting A lot of sleep also help me so try not to wear yourself down with to many weights.

An all fruit diet will take the weight off fast because the fruit won't deliver enough minerals, protein and fat for your body. So your body will start taking protein from the muscles and calcium from your bones, etc. It's basically a ketonic diet. If I were you I would get a Vita Mix and make yourself drinks with vegetables and drinks with fruit. Get some whey protein and throw it in there. Oatmeal groats and flakes blend in excellently in the Vita Mix. So do carrots, apples and anything else you care to eat. That way you get the juice and the pulp from the produce. Exercise is only good. Keep it up, but keep it sweet. Don't work out so hard that you dread doing it the next day. Forget that. Workout daily. Make it fun, not painful. An eliptical machine is great. So is the Total Gym. You have what is truly needed: Desire and motivation. Good luck.

There is no straight answer to this question. I dont suggest an all fruit diet if thats what youre doing. Losing weight is more about a lifestyle change than a temporary diet. Diet is a crucial aspect in weight loss and overall health. You need a balanced diet of carbs, protein, fats. Lots of vegetables are important.

If you want to lose weight, you need to track how many calories youre taking in and how many youre burning each day. You must burn more calories than you consume to effectively lose weight. You must also make sure to get adequate sleep and drink lots of water. Ditch fast food, soda, and simple carbs. Make sure your carb sources is from whole grain foods, fruits, vegetables, milk, etc. Anything healthy, Stay away from white bread or snack foods.

How is your eating? You need to also control your intake of food, or all this exercise will not burn off enough calories.

Also, do the weights every OTHER day. Your body need rest to recover from the weights.

And ignore the scale. Weights will make you heavier. Body muscle is heavier than body fat. You will look thinner.

don't wear weights on your ankles, it's bad for your knee and hip joints. I know this sounds counter productive, but up your calories. Your body goes into starvation mode when your calories go down and your activity goes up. Eat every 3 hours, mini meals, to keep your blood sugar up and prevents starvation mode. Stop eating 3 hours before bed and eat as soon as you get up (your met. slows when your body knows you are going to sleep and it won't start until you eat.)

Well, you'll not necessarily lose weight. You'll lose fat and gain lots of muscle. Which will not make a drastic change on your weight or be what you want. cardio without weights will help you lose weight and not gain muscle. good luck! :)
