While the immediate response to this question is a no, otherwise all guys would have two footers by the time they reached their twenties. There is some truth to it. If you have long drawn out sessions where you penis stays at it's fullest for a good length of time, there is the possibility that growth may occur over time. THis is the principle of hypermiation or cell growth through stretching. If you are constantly putting stress on the cells in your penis to get larger, they will eventually and over time accomodate the larger size. This is how the penis grows during puberty. Those hard erection that are almost painful at times are your bodies way of growing your penis into adulthood. The same is true at any point in your life, but not as apparent. So the answer is a possible yes, but a probably no. Check out jelqing if you want more info. It works, it just takes lots of time.

No jacking off has nothing to do with penis size. Maybe your dick grew because your going through something called puberty, where the body develops. Wow, who would have thought of that?!
