Just beware sometimes office policy is that there is no dating of co-workers pemitted.
Ask them out for supper, text message them if you like this person. Of course if I liked a guy I would be friendly too. She is cool!

Try not to approach. It could be really friendly for a while, but think about how you will feel after things have ended. You'll wish you hadn't gone there in the first place. Be patient and find love out in the real world.
