Please i'm highly in need of some pieces of advice from some building engineers. I have a plot of land located on a swamp that i want to build on, it's the only one i could be able to secure do to cost of land. Please, What is the best approach to it? how do i go about it for the cheapest and most cost-effective? Do i sandfill it first? how do i start the foundation? what is the extent of house it can carry? could it carry up to 2 or 3 flours? Please could some building engineers help me out, i've got to do something on the site.

What you need to do with this plot of land is try to sell it. It will only cause you a lot of headaches and money in the future. If it were even possible, the money it will cost you to do what you are talking about will be far more than what it would cost you to purchase a decent piece of land that is ready to build on.

If it has to be pumped out each day, I imagine that there are machines that do it automatically. Anyway, that might be true. I wouldn't doubt that they would keep the White House where it's at and still run government from there, since it is such a historical building. What I do know about the White House is that it costs about $200,000 a month to run, or per day... One of the two... It was some ridiculous number.
