It has always blizzarded on my mom's birthday every year where she lives. She was wondering if there was a blizzard on her very day of birth but she was born in 1964. Any thoughts as to any websites I could go to, to find this out?

Yes, depending on the state where you live you should have a climatology center. If they don't have all the information on the web they will answer your email in one to two business days. If you need it sooner then check the NOAA website climate section. They have a database of past weather.

Man, she's out of luck...How does she remember when she was 1 and 2...If she knows that she should know about the day she was born...As for the answer you could ask google or go to ask...
