I need a possible rom and emulator for the PC that allows me to play PSP games. Sort of like those GBA ROM ones with visual boy advance, etc.., etc.., etc...

there are a couple outthere that are in development although many seem to have stopped and those that do play anything either are very bad (1 or 2 frames per second) or only do homebrew so youre best off buying an actual PSP or learning some form of scripting language and making your own

on a similar time as the wonderful that is won if he became caught may be great, the probabilities of no longer being caught are even larger, so it balances itself out and then some. Plus there are strategies to get around downloading without postpone from an internet site (torrents being an incredible occasion).
