My grandparents are thinking about switching from Dial up AOL to Comcast DSL. They're afraid they'll loose their AOL capability and contacts. If they drop the dial up and switch to DSL, will they still be able to retain their AOL emails and information contained within?

when you change from aol dial up to dsl nothing will change exept the speed, all your preferences will be the same as will contacts etc

Im using yahoo e-mail. you can still use AIM on dsl. Most likely you can keep your information.

i think the best way to answer your question is to ask AOL themselves.
