Having sex won't cause anyone to die, regardless of gender or sexual orientation.
You can die, of course, from sexually transmitted diseases protracted during sex (and yes, some lesbians have gotten AIDS and died from it), or from having some sort of physical complication during sex (for example, a heart attack), but none of these are caused by the actual sex itself.
So . . . no.

As far as I know sex isn't a leading cause of death, unless it leads to a sexually transmitted disease that goes untreated or is HIV. I have to think that if it was a way to die, a lot of suicidal lesbians would happily c*m and go at the same time.

Yes, unless you follow God's commands you will go to hell after you die. Being a lesbeijn isn't how God created it to be. When He first created the earth He created male andfemale and that's still how it is suppose to be. Jesus is calling for. Do ignore His call.
