last month, i bought a new HP computer from FutureShop with windows VISTA. After a month, my computer got some problems, i gave it back to FutureShop, they couldn't fix it, so they gave me an new desktop, just last week.

Right NOW, i got some problems with this NEW computer.
1. i press CTRL+F, nothing appears
2. i click on File, Edit, ect. on Internet Explorer, nothing opens
3. i click on desktop icon, the desktop doesn't open
4. i click on my friend's icon on Yahoo Messenger, but no window opens
5. i click to open a new tab, but no new tab opens
6. nothing opens except the Start Menu and ...

QUESTION ===> Why this NEW computer have these problems? Is it because of Windows VISTA or the hardware?

(I think the previous computer which FutureShop couldn't fix, had some physical (hardware) problems)

Are you using a wireless keyboard and mouse? if you are then you should relocate the receiver. The other possibility is the drivers for each of these items are not current. try and go to the HP website and see if there are updated drivers for these items.
