first, check the commutes at SM Bicutan if there still isn't one that goes directed to MOA. if none, from there, have your choice of jeepney or FX to take you to Pasay Rotonda (end of MRT station). there will be buses plying there with the signboard Mall of Asia. am not quite sure but i think there are also jeepneys there heading to that destination.

Just take a jeepney going to Baclaran. Be sure that you are going to Baclaran and that the jeepney you are riding had just came from Baclaran. From Baclaran, there are jeepneys going to the Mall of Asia. These are the colored jeepneys which are smaller. You will see these jeepneys near the overpass. It is just near the Baclaran Church.
