Hey man finally a real truck question. Lets start with this, it has a freightliner part buy a new one and plug it in. next it is a columbia so try testing the plug while someboby pushes the button.

make sure you have power to the pump when its suppost to be working if so and dont here pump running replace pump it should be located at the bottom of the washer fluid tank also blow through the line make sure its not clogged

Likely the pump is shot. Replace it.
