I was planning on getting one off of eBay and then signing up for Verizon serive. Is that a good idea? Or should I just get it off the VZ site? And if you have one can you please tell me, detailedly, the pros and cons on it! I REALLY need to know!! Thanks a lot!!

I have the original (black) chocolate phone.
I would not get it off eBay b/c if you have issues with the phone itself, you won't be able to fix it as easily as you had service first.
Pros: Great sound, mp3 player
Cons: Takes a little while to use the small buttons

Be Careful...try one out at Circut City or somewhere where they have them active. They are ultra sensitive and are slow to respond to key strokes. I believe the keys are heat sensitive as well. Do a search for LG chocolate review and see all the complaints. I was shocked.
