I want to use my tv as a vga moinitor and does this type have any good benifits over the computer monitors? will my pc games look more vibrant as well? where can i purchase it from. i checked geeks .com they are out.

Try Fry's,Circuit City or Best buy. Mine came with my Computer with WindowsXP Media Center. You can also order from maker of your computer such as
Dell,Toshiba,HP,Sony etc.
How your games look depends on type of TV - LCD - Plasma are best,size of screen.

Only size will be a benefit,
They will look worse on most TVs.
