I've absolutely met a French person :D When we were visiting Paris! And I must say that the way that many Americans think of the French (that they are rude is what I mean) is false! We met many very kind people there! :)

Yes I met a French person who moved to Vancouver Canada from France. He had the best eyebrows in my neighbourhood and a he is a great dancer.
