Could you give us the context?
But like everyone else has stated Pitch Count is probably whatr you are looking for. In spring training and even early in the season pitchers are usually limited to around 100 pitches until they build up the endurance, but even then it seems like the 100 pitch count is the magic number for pitchers before the Bullpin starts to get active.

Pitch Count. Say a pitcher is told by his manager that he is only going to throw 80 pitches that day he only throws 80 pitches and is taken out of the game.

It probably stands for pitch count. But like the first guy said, you really need to use the PC in context and tell us where it is.
