People are jealous of others because they have what others want.

Jealousy manifests itself in individuals who desire to fulfill a need (acceptance), yet have the perceived inability (i.e. low self-worth) to do so.
Instead of owning and working to overcome said weakness (shyness), they denote such desirable (popularity) as scared; hence, it is only because the target (you) possesses it...that they don’t.
Jealousy can also spawn when individuals—do not desire what the target has—but actually want the target (you). Again, you are dealing with people who feel inapt. They do not see themselves worthy of your acceptance, so they ‘act out’ to gain your attention...even if negative.
In short, you are fabulous and insecure people want to be just as fabulous or befriend the fabulous—but they lack the confidence to do so. It is not about you, so unfortunately there is little you can do...except to trust that.

I refuse to let other people's behavior on this site affect my time here. I play when I can and enjoy myself. Humorous questions and heart-warm questions are my favorites. I'm not into members who only want to interact with a certain circle or exclude others who don't agree with them. This is an open forum; therefore, it attracts all kinds of people. Their responses and behavior reveal their personality. That's life.

Jealous? Of someone online? Ugh. I'm not exactly sure what behaviors you're referring to, but (speaking as someone who spends waaaaay too much time on here), I think anyone who gets jealous of Y!A answerers needs a life pretty badly. :-)

i just joined this place today. i got booted out of another answers site for no good reason. your problem may stem from the same source as ours. if you value your account, i suggest you look at this, and see her friends list while you're there. you'll see lots of your user in here. i strongly feel this is a huge joke being pulled on you all. this person may also be ties to that 'reporter boy' i saw here earlier. spread the word to your friends and link them in too! thanks!

im jealous of no one - but i have a stalker/harrasser that goes through my list of questions i answered and thumbs them down and posts false accusations about me in the forums. i dont know why he is so fascinated with me but im sick of it.
alot of people on here need to grow up and leave each other alone.
