Would this be the market cap, or the composite value? Also, where would I find the industry growth rate? I'm doing the beverage industry for a project. thanks

"Market size" = total volume of sales, either in units or dollars for a specific product (usually all competitors combined).

"Market capital" = total shares of stock outstanding x their current market value per share (each company has it's own total market capital figure).

"Composite value" will have various definitions, depending on whether you're coming from a finance or marketing point of view.

Industry growth rates (and other information) should be available at the Dept of Commerce web site.
