I am always getting these messages here is one now; you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player.
How do I fix this? I need answers. I really want to watch funny videos and stuff again to pass time. In the meantime i am off to answer some more questions.

Ok, from the sounds of things... You do not have Adobe Flash Player installed... Well atleast not the latest.

Go here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

Download the latest flashplayer from there..

Go to Add/Remove programs and uninstall Macromedia Flash Player and Java. Then go to www.adobe.com to download the latest Flash Player and go to www.java.com to download the latest Java runtime. If you still have problems, go to Internet Options, Advanced tab and click on "Restore advanced defaults".

Go to the adobe/macromedia web site and install the latest version.

Are you running Vista? It probably wont install properly on IE. It should run fine though if you are using Firefox.

what you need to do is uninstall runtime and macromedia flash player. then go to microsoft.com and download a new version for free your problems should be solved

You need to enable java in your browser, and/or install/update your flash player.
