By the way, I am 53 yrs. old, I do go to church (but the only time anyone there bothers with you is if you go to all the bible studies and all the church functions, they say they miss you if you don't go a couple of sundays, but no one bothers to call to even see if your ok and no one just has a freindship with you). I also work with people on a volunteer basis etc. I have been living alone for over 12 years consecutively, and other than short periods or when i was raising my son, most of my life. Like I said, most of the time it doesn't get to me, I am pretty comfortable with who I am, and my own company. I have a very limited disability income so it is hard to get out much as most things cost money.

Then you need to do something to get friends. Try church, join a health club. volunteer as a big sister, and go to night school. These will give you a chance to meet people!

You could desire to take a look at speakme on your loved ones Dr. A lot of persons are terrified to say phrases like Depression however I lived with emotions like the ones for more commonly eight years. Many instances, emotions of loneliness can also be attributed to an overly mile depressive state or a refined persona ailment. I noticed my health practitioner a pair instances and have not felt that manner for the reason that. Granted I received a bit fortunate with a nice reaction to one among my medicines, however a few functional cognitive treatment recommendations can also be simply as powerful. I might say, if you're feeling by myself, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT

Well, if you really are all alone, why NOT scream? I mean, you won't bother anyone , right? Seriously, though, there is a lot of freedom in your situation, not having anyone to answer to; you wont be alone forever, so why not take advantage of it now- find yourself- figure out the things you like to do, and do them, live the way you want to live and relish it. enjoy your own compnay, realize how interesting and special you are, and then when you do have to interact with others, you will be more comfortable with yourself, which is a magnetic quality attracting others to you, and you wont be so alone anymore

These last few months? Yes. Before that? Never. Ever have your best and only friend fall for you? It's killing me that I can't be as close to her as I have been.
