I am on 17dpo, I havent tested since yesterday which was -, still havent gotten my period either. I am pretty sure I o'd just by how my temps have been, but no not totally. Ok so if I go in to get blood work and it still comes back that I am NOT pregnant, will that mean I didnt O, since I dont have a period by now? And B...has anyone not gotten a + on HPT, but did get one on Bloodtest?

Wait a week. A week can change everything. You could get your period and would not have to go to the doctor to get a blood test or if your period does not start you can take another HPT and it will tell you for sure whether it’s a + or -. If it’s a – and you don’t get your period it could be off because of stress, travel, diet changes or sickness.
I was a week off my period took HTP it said – took it 5 days later it was +. Went to the OB he did and ultrasound and was able to see the fetus. Just be patient and wait a few more days, time is all that’s needed right now.

Yeah, I did get a Positive on the HPT but not the blood a week before. I don't know what the problem was but if you really think your pregnant tell them that you want it done again in a week.
