If blind their entire life NO
since the person never experienced sight they never developed their sense of sight, they would only experience senses such as smell taste and hearing they had developed
They would smell the popcorn and hotdog and hear the carousel but not see it in dreams
If blind after seeing while young up until age 7 YES
When you are a child up until age 4-7 your brain templates the world you see. All of the images and perceptions of the world are recorded in the brain . Color, dimension, shape and depth perception and basic recognition of ordinary things like a home car person dog cat workplace are only there because a person sees them and experiences them. All senses are based on experiences if you never smelled an onion then you would never know the smell of an onion. Why do you think babies are so wild eyed and curious. Because they are experiencing sight smell hearing new things. Eventually at 4-7 you have developed a template for your environment. If a person never experiences this stage in development then when they gain their sight at a later stage they will see like a baby sees without any perceptions or templates and these perceptions will form over a period of time

I dout that blind people dream. If they have never seen anything then how would that person know what people look like. I am not personatly blind though so I don't know. And you couldn't ask a born blind person because I don't think that they would comprehend vision or colors.

It just depends, but if they do they wouldnt see like we do it would probably be just lines, shades and how they picture things in their minds because they cant see what things really look like

I don't think they "see" like people without visual problems. I think their dreams are made of smells, sounds, etc.

I believe they do. They imagine things by what they touch and think what is out there.
