I definately would not worry. I just gave birth to my first son in December. I didn't feel him moving till I was around 20 weeks along. Miscarraiges are painful, and would not go unnoticed. I looked up an article for you to read that explains. Also, if this is your first baby, its difficult to tell whether you have felt him move or not because you may not know what you a feeling for. Don't worry, soon enough he/she will be your little soccer star in training, kicking away at your insides like there is no tomorrow! And it's a wonderful feeling. So sit back and relax, your day will come. Congratualtions!

I know what you are going through! I have a 4 year old and I was so nervous that thought the same thing was happening every other week.
You are lucky if you are not having symptoms, enjoy it! You are still in your 1st trimester, i guarantee that the next trimester you will feel the baby every minute. In short unless you bleed heavy or cramp (which in miscarriages its actually contractions to let the baby pass) You are fine. Relax, rest a lot, and worry less. You dont need the stress. Good luck!
Walking is great for you and will help you in labor! keep it up.

It is perfectly find to do light walking, If you are not bleeding or cramping you are fine. Most women start feeling the baby move around 4 to 5 months pregnant that's around 16 to 18 weeks. The second pregnancy you might experience movement earlier. However if you really concern and you have feelings like something is wrong go onto a walking care program to get check out, but u most likely OK and just feeling anxious!

I would say since you saw the heartbeat at 10 weeks and there has been no bleeding or cramping things are a- ok!
You are in that stage where you are just waiting for things to happen. Soon your tummy will be expanding and the baby will start to move where you will feel those reassuring bumps.
You can also rent a baby Doppler to listen to the fetal tones if you find yourself worrying to much.. those are wonderful to just relax and listen to your little one.
Good Luck, I'm sure your bean is just fine.

Ok a missed miscarraige what is that if you dont mind me asking.. Because when my sister miscarried at 20 weeks she bleed a whole lot.. and had really bad cramps.. Just because you dont feel pregnant does not mean you miscarried be thankfull that you are not experiencing all the symptoms you are one of the lucky few that gets the easy ride.. You may not be so lucky with the next pregnancy....

Definatly safe to walk. It helps your muscles and keeps your heart healthy.
If you had a scan at 10 weeks and saw the little heartbeat then everything should be fine. DONT STRESS. Thats the worst thing for a pregnant mum and a baby. If you haven't had any symptoms of a miscarriage then don't worry. Be happy you don't have to worry about the nausea and sore breasts. If your really worried you could buy a doppler. They sell them at walmart I think.
Good luck

You would have had symptoms if you had miscarried. Just thank God you're having an easy pregnancy so far.
You wont feel your baby move until aprox 18-22 weeks.
Walking is reccomended!! Taking a daily walk will help ease labor and keep you healthy.

You are so early on, honey. If you had a scan two weeks ago with nothing strange and you haven't had any bleeding or cramping, you are fine. It's totally understandable to be wrought with worry! But if you are still not satisfied knowing all of this, just call your doctor. That's always a good route to go. Hope you have a healthy, beautiful baby.

Do all the walking you want to. Exercise won't hurt you. Also, you shouldn't be feeling the baby now anyway. If you get to 18 weeks and still don't feel kicking or fluttering, then their might be a problem. But keep in mind the baby is still tiny, tiny right now. You won't start growing for a bit. Just relax, you sound just fine to me. Feel good you aren't sick!!! Enjoy yourself, get out and have a nice spring!

Everything is probably just fine, during pregnancy you will find yourself questioning everything and worrying continuously. Try not to worry to much, you would be bleeding and cramping if you were having a miscarriage and you are too early to be feeling any movement from the baby.
