The biggest mystery of life is DEATH. There is not a person that doesn't have an opinion on it, and many don't really believe there own opinion. We want to know about it more than Aliens, Time travel or any other Topic. We live but for a moment, Death is a long time.

Life and death is not a mystery. There are several universes and we are basically a force of energy that leaves the body at death and moves to other universes. It could be billions of years for you to be reborn as a physical manifestation. Study Hinduism and you will understand. It is the only religion that deals in these issues in a scientific manner. The biggest mystery to me is why we seek answers for things we will never prove or agree up on.

Born and Death!
I find it very much significant and way far to be understood!
I can't imagine a baby getting born after a few Sperms got into a woman's Vagina to create a lovely baby.
Death is very mysterious!!! You will Never know what happens to people after they die? What are they doing after they die? Are they happy? Are they sad? Lots of questions I have on mind about Death and no one will ever manage to solve them
I can't understand the Human Brain! And how complicated it is... These are a true mystery to me...

The only thing I don't understand about life is how the first single celled organism came to life. With the right combination in the environment, though, it happened. Also, I don't understand how the first organisms formed reproductive systems. But once the first single celled organsims that could reproduce were alive, evolution created humans.

So I would say that the biggest mystery is how the first organisms came to life.

Hello! The biggest mystery of life? It has to be how a baby is conceived and how the bones do grow within the womb, the delicate and phenomenal intricacies to developing and how a babe in the womb is given a spirit (as well as a soul and body) and has personality. That's incredible and like Psalms 139 says "we are fearfully and wonderfully made". Even those who may not believe in God have come to belief upon seeing how things are weaved through the bones. As for what happens when we die, we either are brought into heaven to be with Almighty God forever since we've accepted the gift of salvation and repentence through His son... or we spend eternity forever separated from him in hell. There is no true wisdom or enlightenment outside of the truth of God's word and His Son Jesus. We were born and put onto this earth to have a relationship with Jesus and the Heavenly Father. We created for knowing Him, loving Him, and for Him to guide our lives. Sin has greatly affected the way of life here on earth, but we can have hope in the next life to be free from pain, problems, and hurts. All tears will be wiped away by Jesus, and sorrow and sighing will FLEE away. So it is for you to meet Him, become a child of God, and at life's end see Him face to face. This is the truth. No doubt friend. Find your need for a Savior!

Sounds like all of those are pretty good questions, but I think the biggest is how did we get here. How did we develop intelligence so much more then other lifeforms. Though sometimes thats debatable. lol
