Computer browser service Not On My PC?

Hi I have win XP pro, now i made a network, but my pc cant see my other pc. When i Click on "View Workgroup Computers" i get a BEEP and nothing happens.
I Noticed "computer browser service" needs to be enabled in the services menu, But I Dont even have that service on my list.
How can i get this?

I think you will need to go to add remove software and select the windows components and add it there. It SHOULD already be there but you may have to reinstall it. It was likely corrupted.

Oh, hey - I almost forgot... in the control panel > network connections -> right click on your network connection and select "properties" > install > protocol - add > NWLink NetBIOS > OK. Do this on BOTH/ALL computers.

Also, in network connections > advanced menu > network ID - make sure that you have all of your computers in the same workgroup. If it is not you can check and change the workgroup here. You will need to restart all computers with config changes.
You should see all of the computers in your network.
