My doctor says its normal to have some pink if you have just had intercourse because the cervix is very tender. But if you haven't had intercourse you could be having problems. If it gets worse go to the ER. But you dr will be able to tell if everything is okay.
Good luck and don't stress after 3 months the risk of M/C goes way down.

I am pretty sure that the pinkish discharge is a very light bleeding that it doesn't show quite red like blood. If it's also very little spotting of a pinkish colour I'm pretty sure you're having 'Implantation Bleeding'
This usually occurs a lot with pregnant women.. I'm sure there's absolutely no worries.
Here's a little information to know about Implantation Bleeding. Good Luck. <3

This happened to my sister when she was pregnant and it is normal for a little bit of pink. If it gets worse, turns bright red I would go to the ER. Her doctor also told her to lay for an hour on her right side and see if it would stop if not just watch for it to get worse or for cramping. Your body is going through so many changes and of course not every woman is the same. By the way the laying on your side thing can work for early contractions, or determining if your contractions are real labor.

Don't worry, this is normal. This happened to me too. Try to lay down and not do too much to help stop the bleeding, it will go away. But call the doctor in the morning just in case. My doctor actually put me on bed rest for 2 days but I thought that was unnecessary. And after the bed rest it started again then stopped. Just rest. Hope this helps some.

You should be ok. It's possibly discharged with a little blood in it, which is perfectly normal. Spotting is very normal. As long as it's not heavy spotting where you need to get a pad. I can understand that you are scared. This is your first pregnancy and you don't know what to expect. Congrats to you on the baby, and I hope I've helped ease some of your fears.

if you just had sex, the last few days, or had an internal exam it is normal, be sure to tell your doc, it is not a disease, if you start to bleed heavy get checked, other wise i would not worry sounds normal
