Yes, the site actually allows reverse search, unfortunatly, the information is limited to the name of the person who registered this phone and the area where the phone operates. There is no address nor any other information.
I am afraid it wont be of much assistance and there is no other way except the yellow pages and the odds of finding the person registered is far fetched. Anyways, I am including a link for Egypt Yellow pages, it has an english section, so life should be easy. It boils down to the person being listed or not.

You will be able to search by name, surname or number but it will not give you an address. So the best thing to do if it's the address you're seeking, is call the number and ask for the address.

Hi there, At least in the US, there is no reverse lookup or directory available for wireless numbers. They are considered private. Hope this helps

140online will only provide you with the name of the person that owns the phone. There is nothing else you can do, it is confidential information anyway.

there is a botton for english langage in the site at the top
press it and u will see the site in english

use the site that u have, its a great site, but dont put the numbers backward.
