im doing a project and need help finding ways in which to motivate people who work in the private sector?

People workin in the private sector usually do not make much monry, They can be motivated by suggesting they join a union, which , in turn ,would negotiate higher wages for the worker. Workers can be motivated with the pronise of a Retirement Plan, also. Or ways to improve their work status by way of PROMOTIONS, as workers feel down when they realize they might be trapped at doing a "Dead-End Job .


Christmas bonuses (even a small one) would motivate workers, who then realize that they are appreciated
