It is a country town in the Northeastern megalopolis. Its proximity to New York makes it attractive to wealthy commuters. It is the home to several medium size water resevoirs, so there is an abundence of wildlife. Its infrastructure is relatively simple, only part of the town has piped water, mostly wells, therefore 3 acre zoning. There are no sewers. There is little commercial development, yet within 20 minutes of major shopping. You like your country life, come here.
