Ok, I have a Motorola Razr V3c and a Kyocera Soho I would like to sell them both on Ebay. Neither phone has a SIM card and I have erased all personal data from phones the only thing that is remaining on the phones is the original phone numbers. When I switched providers I kept my same phone number. If I sold the phones on Ebay and the buyer activated them the number should change right? But they would have to go to the store and get them re-programmed correct? Any information would be greatly helpful.

okie dokie. My friend and I both have tmobile. We take out our sim cards and switch phones from time to time. List your phones from the company you use. The person who buys your phone just inserts their sim card and whala! They have a working phone! Good luck!

The number on the phone would change when the phone was activated. No two phones can have the same number. Hope this helps.

I don't know much about it but you can always donate them to a battered womens organization (and get a tax write off)
