You can get a 250cc kit and a larger carb, but it will cost ya some $$$. I had a Blaster for many years, but my kids finally out grew it and we traded it for bigger quads.

upgrade the air filter, open up the air box by drilling 1 inch holes in the lid (4-6 of them) and re jet the carb. if you want more grunt go down a tooth on the front sprocket. dont get discouraged, the blaster is a fun quad if used for just that ,fun.

not trying to be an idiot here but you should consider selling it and buying a machine that is capable of getting some serious power out of it. my bet is you could sell it fairly easy and if you want to stick with the 2 strokes, pick up a banshee for not that much more cash. best way to build for power is start with something that has it already. i went through that whole phase of building a blaster...........but at the end was never happy with it. there is only so much you can squeeze out of them and none of the mods that you do are really going to give you that arm stretching power.

Dynojet - jet kit.
K&N air filter and a K&N "Precharger".
A precharger is just a sock that fits over the air cleaner, so you can run without the air box cover on.

Yeah. Push it off a cliff. But it'll only go that fast once 'till it lands. Don't be on it. Then get a real bike.
