does anyone know to apply the cat-eye liner to make it look all rocker ish

My personal favorite! To do Cat eyes first smudge your lids with a smokey eyeshadow, I find it works best if I use three different shades, lightest on top, medium on my lid, and darkest in the crease and inside corner. For the liner, liquid liner gives the best effect, but pencil liner gives you the most control and easiest boo boo repair. Just make a thick line across your upper lashes and wing it a little past the outside corner of your eye (think underexagerated Cleopatra!) Finish of with your usual mascara and another thick coat of liner on your bottom lashes! Good Luck, hope my advice helps.

first apply dark eyeliner from the corner of your eye to the edge on top and bottom. Then shade the top lid from lightest to darkest (using grey and light black) starting from the corner of your eyes til the edge of it.

just wing out your eyeliner along your eyelid but not too drasticly..and not too much...
