Very good friends and neighbours; everything is nearby including a park and a swimming pool; only 20 mins away from the city centre; good local pubs; all in all, a nice place to live.

it's okay i guess, but our local council makes crap decisions of what our tax's go on!....more to the point, just to benefit themselves and not the community! nuff said!
