If Myspace.com is so DANGEROUS... why is it so protective?

Sdults belive myspaace is dangerous... if so why does it block anything : Voilent, Sexual, Spamming, in-approiate, ... and keep you space private? I have to pressure my parent for 5 months uintil they gave in!
