I love reality shows. If I had to narrow it down to one show as my favorite, I'd probably have to say "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition". Of all the ones I watch (I love Survivor, Amazing Race, Real World...), this is the only one that is really making a difference. The people on most reality shows are spoiled idiots, but these people are deserving, wonderful people, and deserve to be given a better life.
As far as movie, "Field of Dreams" is one that I can watch over and over again (and have). I love baseball, and this reminds me why, plus I have a great relationship with my Dad, and that's what this movie is all about.

American Idol/so you think you could dance- people getting a chance to make their dreams come through.
Dancing with the stars- entertaining
Don't watch as often but, Home makeover- a beautiful thing to do for people.
I like many movies, but I have a special place for Lord of the rings pt 2
