Dog birthday party HELP!!?
Ok so i'm throwing a party for my dog, he's turining 1!! He's a Mini Schnauzer and i need help on the games... There's not going to be any other dogs but him. The only guests are my friends.. The party is also going to be outside... and 1 more thing please dont answer this by saying negative things about the party becuase i will report you.... PLEASE

I love some of these ideas! We have a BD party for our dog every year, of course it's all his doggie friends. For just people you could do a dog bone shaped cake, or cupcakes with candy dog bones on top. Last year we bought a cheap white table cloth (plastic one from dollar store) stamped doggie paw prints all over it and then wrote in a bunch of doggie quotes. We draw giant paw prints on the drive way and walk with chalk to show the way into our back yard. I also bring out any stuffed dogs I have and decorate around the table with them. If you are serving small snacks you can use clean doggie dishes to hold them. For games I love the idea of hiding the treat in a hand and letting him sniff it out! We play hide & seek with our dog, take his favorite toy and have someone hide it while he's out of view. let him back in and see how long it takes him too find it. Your dog may get a bit overwhelmed with all the people and attention, so it would a great idea to have human only games to give him a break. Any kind of doggie trivia, doggie music (you can get a CD of dog themed music).

Well, every year on my dogs birthday I make him a cake from peanut butter and crushed dog bones! He loves it. Do you want to play games with your friends or the dog? I don't know any games that are dog influenced, so sorry. If I were you I would just make them up my self. Like take pieces of paper and make some cards about like dog trivia and quiz your friends, keep score and who ever wins gets a doggie bag! You know stuff like that.

Try to have a game where the dog is involved. Like have everyone sit in a circle, and one person holds a treat. behind their back. If the dog gets it, then have fun about it. Or, make a dog friendly cake, and give it to him to eat.

we make a canned dog food cake out of canned dog food and dry dog food and my dogs love slim jims for treats as for one dog games i dont really know of any fetch get him chew bone and balls mine love the dino bones you get at the store the real ones cow bones maybe a squeeky toy or one of those kong things that you put flavored stuff inside just give him all the attention that day and everyday have fun oh and HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Just make sure that your guests are doggy friendly and don't mind acknowledging your dog. Some people have allergies that don't let them near dogs.

doesnt bother me none, i love almost any exscuse for a party. buy him something really nice at petsmart like a special toy or a pillow or something. have a special dog treat but be nice to your guests and have something for them too. happy bday to your dog.

omg a dog party is a great idea it makes me want to throw my dog a party (his birthday is in october but ) except im not experienced in that sorry.....

ballons, lots of ballons! tug 'o war, doggie cake! swimming pool! anything you would do for a 7 year olds birthday, and happy birthday to you dog!!=)

a game could be a treat maze made out of boxes or release the beast and obsticle coarse
