Hi I'm 17 years old and I have kidney stones.I just came out of the ER.
I just had my 4th surgery for it and came home.It is the fourth time because the stupid surgens keep messing it up and keep putting a stent and tell me to drink water and pass it on my own. I don't want to go through surgery anymore because after it I can't breath and I have pain in my penis area. They said they tried to break it up but I really have to pass it or I'll go through another surgery.What do I do? It is a 6 MM stone.
What is the best home remedy for this?

There is no home remedy...they stone will keep getting bigger if not treated.

I know what you are going through, had 2 surgeries myself, the first one when I was 19.
I am afraid the only home remedy is to drink plenty of water and see if that will cause the stone to pass. If that does not work, you will have to see your doctor to have it removed. They will try a procedure called a cystocope which is a small scope with a small claw that grabs the stone and puts in a small basket (the best option if it will work). If this does not work your doctor will recommend then they will do a Lithotripsy which is sound waves that break up the stone. Obviously the best option is to try to pass it. Good luck! I was not ever able to pass one and I have had 2.
