(I want to make it CLEAR right now, iam not condoning the holocaust, racism, killing of civilians..... If the world had just one global superpower now, would there be peace, a good work ethic, a sence of belonging to a vast collective [e.g. Roman Empire] I am curious to know your thoughts.

Why is it that when you say what you dont want people to mention, they mention it. Should Earth have one superpower, if so could germany have been it, would the world be better, yes or no. If NO then why, not because they were all nasty men, I am British we were nasty men in the days of the empire.
Ps the comment that America would still be a superpower even if germany conquered Europe quicker is probably wrong the only thing that stopped the progression of Germany was Winston Churchill who recognised the threat early on and the RAF reduced Germanys aerial superiority and in turn control of UK and the Atlantic, whiich I believe is just next door to US.

The only way to world peace is through total control and domination. Human nature does not allow for peace even among neighbors. Everyone is always trying to get ahead.

From a self interest standpoint- no- because I would have never been born- but your question isn't about personal issues so I will take a factual approcah to it.
Nazi Germany was ruled by the Leadership principle, which resulted in widespread corruption and the filttering of various attitudes and actions that hindered development and growth-
For starters, from 1933-1939, the economy was a big charade of shifting fictitous resources to fund re-armameant, to the degree that war was financially needed by Nazi Germany to keep going- additionally- the Nazi culture hated academics, independent medicine and any other part of the society that was not subjugated and absorbed into the Nazi party structure- in co-opting all of society and culture- they retarded if not began destroying it- while indoctrinating Germans born after 1920- in a frightenting blind obedience and fervor.
Most important of all- why try to guess? The Nazi's planned on what they would do with world conquest- the world would be split into 3 spheres of influence- not 1- Germany's, Italy's and Japan's-
In Germany's sphere of Influence (Europe and Russia) the East would be cleared of the majority of people, the remainder would not be allowed to be literate and would exist only as slaves for the SS German blood and soil farmer homesteads, the West would not fare much better.
Debate and disagreement aren't always pleasant- but the alternative of getting agreement by eliminating all oppossing points of view- the Nazi way- doesn't create any beautiful utopia of a "one-world" view-
The compromises and actions that people take in the name of "Peace" , "order" , and the "sense of belonging to a vast collective" have been some of the most destructive and devastang events in human history-

Hilter had a game plan. If the German's won WWII then Germany would control most of Europe. His next goal was North America. After that he didn't much care. Japan had aspirations for control of Asia. Italy was looking at parts of Africa... The USSR was another issue altogether.
So, if Germany won there probably still would not be a single superpower dominating the globe. There would also be issues with racial supremacy, purification, etc.. Jews would be killed, then gypsies, then blacks... Then there is the issue of religion. The Nazis were intent on using religion to their goals. The Nazis would probably need go to war against Islam.
If Germany won WWII it would not mean the end to global conflicts only the beginning.

To answer your question with a question, would the world be a better place if Japan had won in WW II? If Hitler had won the war, Japan would have also. The race the Japanese hated was white.
No. After the end of WWII, we had the UN, Marshall Plan, NATO, & other organizations that has kept the European nations at peace with each other for over 60 years. Coming after centuries of constant European warfare, I am sure the Europeans like the current situation much better.

They say history is written by the victors, so since they didn't win the war I can't really say. That's a good question though. At least the French planted trees on the Champs D Elysee's though...so the Germans could march in the hade!

The world has one superpower now (the US) and it is not in a good place. Also, if Germany had won, chances are that the world would be quite the Fascist state.

If Germany won WWII, then it would not have taken over the world, but expanded its European territory. And the USA would still be the superpower it was, and is.

You must not know much about the Nazis. Racism and killing of civilians to create a master race were the driving force behind their plans for world domination.

ummm-hell no! Hitler was crazy and he would have killed jews and gone to war with anyone he felt like. His whole policy was that of get rid jews because they are to blame for everything. I am sorry, but no. Now, if Germany would have defeated the Soviet Union and then lost the war-well that is a different story.
