I want to know if Myspace customer service consists of more than just automated replys. I keep emailing MySpace Customer Service and all I get are these automated replys. None of these replies pertain to or resolve the issue at hand. My password isn't working because someone changed it and it now has spaces and commas in it. PLEASE HELP :o( Thank you!

When my original password didn't login/work for me... I had my password emaile to me (password retreival tool). My "new" password had commas number and spaces in it. It wont let me login though :o( I even tried cutting and pasting. Has anyone ever truly heard from Customer Service or just automated replys only??? Please help. I really need my messages from friends and family, etc... thank you!!!! :o)

You most likely will NOT get a reply from myspace, thats my guess heres my reasoning:

- they have 22 million people they have to watch after
- im sure 1/2 of them are having problems right now with hackers, phishers, spammers, regular problems, and updates

So, basically lol, you're better off creating a new myspace and forgetting about this one, or if you know the person who changed it - ask them. Have you tried the "forgotten password " thing? How do you know it has spaces and commas? lol

I don't mean to be rude, but thats my honest answer.

just change your pass code i do it all the time
