I believe that depends on the high school. For my public high school in CA, we do not have time to take showers, there would be long lines, a mess, etc. Showers are there, however, for you to rinse after swim practice. You would not be able to take an actual showers unless you feel comfortable naked around others because the showers are not divided; not at my school, at least. Yeah, it would feel better to take a quick shower after you run the mile, but it also depends on which school you attend, like I said.

Some schools make you, some schools don't. My high school didn't make any of the girls or boys. It just depends on the code for your school.

I'm pretty sure you don't, at least in NC. Most schools have them anyway. I use them after track practice, but ours are seperated.

i don't think they have that anymore in hs. they used to have that but due to rape cases and other issues, that ended
