I think it's a philosophical term where it describes how the world is perfect because there is so much chaos. Or is it a theory? Marxism?

It's what you see if you look at the universe!!!!
All these galaxies and stars seems to be a chaos but if you study the moves of the planets then you will see the perfection!!!!!
