my sister! my mum has just been given the all clear for breast cancer,whilst my mum was waiting for results,my sister was no where in sight,but results day she was there,since my mum has been given the all clear,my sister hasn't phoned,visited etc, my mum still has to go through 15 sessions of radiotherapy,i'm there for her every step of the way(with 4 children) my sister has 1 child,i am the daughter who goes to the hospital,who knows what day she has her radiotherapy,my sister knows nothing,not because we dont tell,but for some reason she forgets,same as she forgot mothers day,and emailed "happy mothers day mum.i forgot it was mothers day i'll get you a belated card" how can you forget when your a mum yourself? i have a very selfish sister!

Hate is a wasted emotion, you won't get anything from it.

Pity those that do you wrong because it is them who will suffer in the long term, it is them who will have to live with what they have done to you. You will always be able to get through whatever that person has done and move on as long as you let people who love you know that you are hurting but the person that did it who would want to help them?

Hello Mim,
I have a very distinct dislike for George W Bush, in my home he is known as the 'widow maker', for being the Dithering idiot he is, and having the power he has at his disposal, he can decide who lives and who is sent into the next life, be it good, bad or anywhere in between, and a man with that much power in his hands is going to abuse the trust that so many Americans placed in his care, and he spreads it around too, by getting someone like Tony Blair on his side to do some of his bidding for him.
I am a retired hard working Irishman, living in England and have enough time on my hands to study this Bush character, and have delved into a lot of his history, and he is a convicted criminal, OK so it was only for drubk driving, but it is still a crime and he was busted for it in a court of law, yet he eventually finds himself in a position in life to go all out and Con the American publec electorate to vote him into the whitehouse as President of their Country.
Now Hatred is not really a word I like to use as it is so permanent, when referred to a fellow human being, but this man is doing a very similar job we can compare to that job that Adolf Hitler was doing. Please God Bless America, and let their country have rid of this terrible man, at their next presidential election. and let this world have rid of this widow-maker forever, and eventually vote him out of politics forever too, and let America see him lining up for a hard working Job, where everyone near him in that job has nothing to fear but fear itself.
My fear as a Catholic man in a country that is run by a man so easily led of the path of righteousness, makes me a bit afraid, but how afraid are the young men of America, and the UK when they may be called to arms because of the worlds Oil supplies. Which, if these politiians are to believed is being held back so they can hoist the price, under the belief, that the people that are in command of the release of Oil stocks are Terrorists.
Finally, to answer your point, leave your Ex's man-bits be, and you naver know, some other womans husband might take care of your hate, and you won't have to hate him that much, so Mim, be happy and thankful no one is putting a weapon in your hands, and telling you to use it on another human being... and let us get the word HATE out of our vocabulary..have fun though..xXx...Tony M...

Hate is too strong a word. Besides, it still means that you feel something for that person, negative as it is.
It takes too much energy to hate someone so it's not really worth it.

There's no one I even bother giving them any of my time in order to hate them. For instance, my ex-boyfriend who did things to my daughter, doesn't deserve a second of our thought, not even to hate him. :)
