Well they're not something you can remove without surgery. You can minimize them using eye creams and such. Sleep as much as you can, drink lots of water..
Look for eye creams designed to fade dark circles and reduce puffiness. Sephora.com has some good ones, just do a search. It's an upscale cosmetics site. Cheap stuff is a waste of money.
In the morning i always flush my eyes with really cold water and it helps reduce any puffiness.

Anew Clinical Laser System is available thru Avon Products and recommended what to use for your condition. It is highly recommended as the at-home treatment that you can order. It's dermatologically tested and proven to show results after 4 weeks. This product is available in all Avon brochures, each new brochure comes out every two weeks, or it's also available at my webpage www.youravon.com/dklobuchar if you choose to place an order online. I actually have one available if you're interested in purchasing one directly. Let me know - you can call me at 734-487-5089 or email me at AvonXpert@yahoo.com

1. Avoid salt & drink lots of water to keep your system clean.
(avoid water retention, bloating)
2. Use a chilled gel face mask or cover your eyes w/ 2 chilled stainless steel tablespoons in the morning.
3. Use a de-puffing eye cream or eye gel.
4. Sleep on your back w/ your head slightly elevated.
5. Chilled cucumber slices or tea bags help reduce swelling too.

My aunt swears by, of all things, hemmeriod cream! She uses it all the time and it really does work! It takes away the puffiness! Witch Hazel works also! Good luck!

only one thing to add-if you've lost alot of wieght recently it could be pockets of fat that are left behind and in that case I'm pretty sure that surgery is the only option
