I mean, what's next, a degree in plumbing or hairdressing? Perhaps a degree as a burger flipper? Wassup with all the degrees in subjects that obviously have nothing to do with reading books or writing essays?

I mean like degrees on interior design, and even some related to real estate, and now culinary arts. wassup with that? Do you write your essays while the paint dries?

I understand other qualifications, but I'm talking degrees that I see people doing that aren't degree subjects. It's like taking a vocational course in philosophy.

There are books on hairdressing and essays on flipping burgers. Maybe you're just not very widely read yet.

what kind of degrees are you talking about? your question is too vague and makes no sense.. i think you might be thinking of certification programs, not degrees.. MAYBE an associates.. not a bachelors.. but even associates degrees arent like certifications.

You do have to have certification to be a hairdresser, and some plumbers are certified as well.
