There's a lot of things to do, depending of your age.
You can study, read some books, meet some friends (here in the Internet or outside), go to concerts...
I like to help others on my free time. I spend my time in YR or talking with friends in trouble, or with a catholic priest that is also friend of mine.
You can practice your Spanish, too. I remember I answered a question from you. I have a friend in USA, another one in Germany and a Ghanian, too, and I met them for the first time when they asked for help with my language.
One thing I learned is the best way to spend my life is offering it to others. If I give, then I surely don't become empty.
Here you have a friend. Cheers.

It appears that you are out of high school. Take some classes at a University, there are lots online. If you aren't out of high school, then try studying more for classes and bring your grades up if you need to. Otherwise, try a new activity or spend more time doing one of you you current favorites (other than sitting in front of a computer).Try a new hobby like cooking or join a club. Another good and beneficial way to use otherwise 'wasted' time is to exercise. I know the feeling of sitting with your eyes glued to a computer and it can waste a lot more time you you plan. Just get out there and do something!

If your looking for a good book Swan Song from Robbert R McCammon is the best fiction I have ever read.
If you like movies find a type of movie you like and try to find the best. I like Akira Kurosawa films. Don't always look for the big things in life. Somtimes the small things can give you the most satisfaction and enjoyment.

Like Blackberry said, volunteer or join a club. I used to be bored like you, doing nothing but playing video games, watching TV, and writing. I volunteer at Boys and Girls Club and now I have so many things to do! I still find the time to write and the kids even inspire me to write the kinds of stories they like to read/hear.

Take a class and learn something, to better yourself.
volunteer in a hospital, a homeless shelter, your church if you're a believer, the local zoo if you're not, or just help out an elderly neighbor by mowing their lawn, washing windows, or helping to clean house.
get a job.
Clean your own house, wash your car, plant flowers or a garden.
go for a walk, visit a park in your area that you've never been to, or take a drive to an area you've never been to. Find a place that you've always wanted to visit, but never have, and go.
Ride a bike.
Learn to ride a unicycle, roller blades, roller skis, or water skis.
Just get off your butt and stop complaining.
