cuz there some brand name jeans that have sizes like 24/25/27/28/29/30.. is there a chart to see there real sizes?? cuz im a size 9 in juniors and i ant to know what size i am in those "twenty sizes"

Measure your natural waistline and then add 2 to allow for the fact that jeans usually don't sit waist high. So if your natural waistline is 28 inches, then you will need a size 30.

28 would mean your waist size.
Measure your waist, the tape should rest snug but not too tight, you will get a number and that is the size you should buy for those jeans.

25-1/2
26-2/3
27-3/4
28-4/5
..and so on

around that, in adult sizes.. its all a little confusing and different brands tend to be different sizes. i suggest guessing what size looks right and go from there to find your 'twenty size'

28 means that it is made for a person with a 28-inch waist
